We chose the $45 premium menu at 356 Korean BBQ and treated the night like a very delicious question: how much variety could we fit into one dinner?

We ordered plenty of meat, including bulgogi, brisket and pork. The bulgogi was amazing and easily the standout from the grill.

The bulgogi is the meat we would order first next time.

The meal is not only about what lands on the grill. Rice paper, banchan, sauces and cheese corn let us build every bite differently, which kept the unlimited format fun instead of repetitive.

Our verdict is simple. If you want lots of choices and are ready to arrive hungry, 356 makes the $45 challenge easy to recommend.

BEHIND THE STOP

THE ORDER

What we ordered

We ordered a broad mix from the premium menu, then paired the meat with the side dishes that made each round feel different.

FROM THE GRILL

Brisket

One of the meats that helped us build a wide tasting lineup.

MORE VARIETY

Pork and other meats

We kept ordering different cuts to make the most of the unlimited menu.

SIDE PICK

Cheese corn

A warm, rich side that belongs in the full Korean barbecue spread.

BUILD THE BITE

Rice paper

Our tip is to use it with meat and side dishes instead of eating every cut on its own.

TABLE ESSENTIALS

Banchan and sauces

The small dishes and sauces gave us more combinations between rounds.

Our favorite: The bulgogi was amazing. That was the easiest order to agree on and the one we would tell friends not to skip.

What made the meal work: The variety. Brisket, pork, bulgogi, rice paper, banchan, sauces and cheese corn gave us plenty to rotate through.

What we would order again: We would start with the bulgogi, add cheese corn, keep rice paper and banchan within reach, then choose a mix of meats instead of repeating one cut all night.
