Café Lola was our pink coffee break in Las Vegas. We went with two different drinks: I ordered the Vanilla Lavender Latte, and Kyle chose the Salted Caramel Cloud Latte. The café’s Strip location is inside the Forum Shops at Caesars Palace, making it an easy stop to work into a day of exploring the shops.
This is a café where the look is part of the appeal. The pink palette and floral style give the coffee stop a sense of occasion. If you enjoy places that make you want to take a photo before picking up your cup, Café Lola fits that kind of outing.
Our drink choices leaned in different directions. My Vanilla Lavender Latte combines espresso with vanilla and lavender. The café’s menu lists housemade syrups and a pink lavender cloud, so the flavor and presentation are designed to work together.
Kyle’s Salted Caramel Cloud Latte pairs espresso with caramel, vanilla, milk and a salted caramel cloud. Maldon salt is also listed on the menu. It is a useful option to know about if caramel is more your direction than lavender.

Another name to know here is Saint Honoré Doughnuts & Beignets, Café Lola’s sister business. The two brands are part of the same restaurant group founded by Lin Jerome and Alexandra Lourdes.
Café Lola also has a personal business story behind the pink. Its founders spent so much time working from coffee shops while running their marketing agency that they decided to create the kind of café they wanted themselves. Knowing that makes the attention to the room and the visual details feel connected to how the business began.
If you are putting Café Lola into a Las Vegas plan, save the Forum Shops location rather than assuming every branch is on the Strip. There are other locations around the valley. This one gives you a coffee break inside Caesars Palace’s shopping area, with two signature drinks to start your menu search.
From working in cafés to creating their own
Co founders Lin Jerome and Alexandra Lourdes left their UNLV careers in 2015 to launch The Refined Agency. After spending their workdays in coffee shops they found uninspiring, they teamed up with their husbands, who had restaurant experience, to create Café Lola. The first location opened in Summerlin in May 2018. Saint Honoré Doughnuts & Beignets later became a sister concept in their restaurant group.
