Phê Coffee House gave us exactly what we want from a coffee stop: a menu creative enough to make choosing difficult, plenty of room to settle in and drinks that tasted as interesting as they sounded.
Kyle loved the Phê Vietnamese Iced Coffee with banana cold foam. Lana’s favorite drink was the Pandan Coconut Bạc Xỉu with oat milk. The Banana Matcha was still good, but banana is not Lana’s favorite flavor, so it landed slightly behind the others.
The drinks gave us three good reasons to visit. The Biscoff Croffle gave us the reason to return.
We were both absolutely obsessed with the Biscoff Croffle. The bánh mì panini was the outlier. We know people love bánh mì, but this particular version was simply bánh not for me.

What we would order again: The Biscoff Croffle, Kyle’s Vietnamese iced coffee and Lana’s Pandan Coconut Bạc Xỉu.
What we would skip: The bánh mì panini based on our visit.

There is a convenient paid parking lot beside the café near the Saint Paul Farmers’ Market.
